Add the account to your device/computer using manual setup and advanced/more settings options when adding the email account to your device.

  1. Use your full email address for the username
  2. Use the password that was set for your mailbox (case sensitive)
  3. Server Hostnames (depends on the server you are on):
    1. Incoming server is one of the following: mail.dynamicnet.net, mail17.dynamicnet.net, mail18.dynamicnet.net
    2. Outgoing server is one of the following: mail.dynamicnet.net, mail17.dynamicnet.net, mail18.dynamicnet.net
  4. Port Numbers and SSL options
    1. POP3 Connections
      1. Non SSL
        1. Incoming port: 110
        2. Outgoing port: 587
        3. uncheck ssl/tls box
      2. SSL (Encryption)
        1. Incoming port: 995
        2. Outgoing port: 465
        3. check ssl/tls box
    2. IMAP Connections

        2. Outgoing port: 465
        3. check ssl/tls box
  5. Make sure to check "My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication" and "use the same settings as my incoming mail server" (if applicable to your mail client), On mac mail you must enter your username and password again in the outgoing settings even though mac mail says that is optional.

Tips:
If choosing POP3 option above you can choose to leave the mail on the server for X number of days (Remove from server after x number of days)within your local email client. This will allow you to check mail from other devices within this time-frame chosen/set and download onto other devices. If applicable in your mail client you can also chose to "remove from server when deleted". This will remove any messages from the server when deleted and will not be available for download from other devices.

If choosing IMAP option above this stores all mail on our server. Please be aware this can cause you high storage usage depending on the size of the mailbox within your hosting account. Please check the storage periodically within your hosting control panel account.

If mailbox inbox is empty after using IMAP, try setting the option for root folder path to: INBOX.
